Expert Witness

Clare has been assessing and representing clients going through various legal processes in courts and tribunals since 2014. Clare is a member of the Expert Witness Institute and has received training on Report Writing, Civil Procedure Rules, as well as, Into Court. Clare is also affiliated as a support partner with SHERA research group.

Clare has campaigned for years regarding the upholding of the  Rights of victims, she has a wealth of knowledge on how these basic Rights are breached every day for a victim; be they adult or child, by their perpetrator and often, the ‘systems’. This enables Clare to apply her unique knowledge, insight and expertise to all areas of her work and assessments.

Clare is able work with clients in the UK and overseas via Zoom and emailed information. The reports are formed from the combination of information from the assessment meeting with any specifically relevant third-party documentation, and provides Analysis, Methodology, Expert Opinion, Conclusion, and a Truth Statement, in the report. Clare’s Expert Opinion on occasion, does not always align with a client or their legal team’s opinion. As an Expert Witness Clare is duty bound, to remain impartial, objective, and true to the expertise as the author of the report.
